The Sunday Reset

Late on a Sunday afternoon, once a month, take some time to rest and reset for your week ahead. Discover the healing power of gentle breath work and Yin Yoga as part of a series of workshops designed to guide your through a deeply restorative practice.

Designed to increase joint health, body confidence, and relaxation, we will have an hour's yin yoga with breath work practice followed by a short yoga nidra (guided relaxation), before you float home to continue your Sunday night.

Yin yoga, grounded in traditional chinese medicine, specifically supports joint mobility, by working with our fascia (the largest organ of the body). Whether you're looking to enhance your flexibility and mindfulness, recovering from an injury, or possibly managing chronic pain, these workshops offer a gentle yet profound practice tailored to your needs.

so these classes really are for all ages and abilities.
